Cancellation Policy :

Cancellations made more than 31 days prior to arrival date: 80% of the amount paid can be refunded. 20% of this amount will be retained to cover the cost of refunding and processing the cancellation.

Cancellation made less than 30 days inclusive before the date of arrival: The sums paid will be retained in full by the accommodation provider.

The cancellation request must be sent in writing to each of the accommodation providers individually.

The accommodation provider reserves the right to impose the means by which the refund will be made.

The opening of a PayPal account or other request may be a condition for the refund.

The host is obliged to make the refund within 90 days of the date of the request.
